Artificial Intelligence Policy
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
The CEERAT Journal of Business, Management and Finance (CEERATJBMF) recognizes that artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are increasingly used in academic research and publishing. However, to protect academic integrity, originality, and the authenticity of scholarly work, the journal does not accept manuscripts containing AI-generated text, information, analysis, or other substantive AI-produced content.
Authors are expected to prepare their manuscripts through their own scholarly knowledge, critical thinking, analysis, and judgment. AI tools must not be used as a substitute for the author’s intellectual contribution or responsibility. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, reliability, ethical standards, and academic integrity of everything they submit to the journal.
CEERATJBMF encourages authors to maintain transparency and follow recognized international standards of publication ethics. Any manuscript found to contain undisclosed or substantive AI-generated content may be rejected or subject to further editorial action in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics and correction policies.
For guidance on responsible AI use in academic publishing, authors may also consult Elsevier's Generative AI policies for journals.
